Thank you for shopping at Vastra Vedika. We aim to provide you with high-quality Indian clothing and ensure your satisfaction. In the rare event that your purchase arrives damaged during the delivery process, we offer a refund or return policy under specific conditions:

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

  • A proper unedited video of the package being opened (from beginning to end) is required.

  • The damage must be clearly shown in the same video.

  • Without this video evidence, we will not be able to proceed with the return or exchange process.

Seller Error

Received the wrong item? No worries!

  • We’ll arrange a return for the incorrect item and send the correct one at no extra cost.

  • Contact us to initiate the hassle-free exchange process.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags attached

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless damaged or due to seller error)

Return Process

Refund / Exchange

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the return is processed.

Request Approval

In your email, include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/exchange
    We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.

Return Shipment

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

  • Ship the return to the address provided.

Processing

Once the return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
